GBC Systems is a Perth based management systems consultancy that assists SMEs to manage their health, safety, environmental and quality risks, maintaining compliance and reducing impacts.

 

GBC is a privately owned business that is well established in the market and is looking to increase the team’s capacity due to an excellent pipeline of client referrals. As a result, we are seeking to fill multiple roles including Junior, Mid and Senior level positions.

The Role

The role will involve helping businesses to improve their systems and performance. Ideally, you will place a strong emphasis on maintaining long term relationships with clients to work together to solve problems and assist them with continuous improvement.

 

Implementation of integrated management systems;

 

Utilising technologies and applications to implement processes;

 

Development of HSEQ and business procedures, documentation and management plans;

 

Provision of management systems support and process improvements;

 

Relationship management and client engagement;

 

Gap Analysis and Auditing; and

 

Risk assessment and compliance work.

Requirements

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience in developing management systems, particularly with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, and 31000;
  • Able to use new and emerging technology to support our clients;
  • Excellent written and verbal English

 

Desirable

  • A tertiary degree in a relevant field;
  • Internal audit/management system training by a certified organisation;
  • Formal training or significant experience in quality management;
  • Knowledge of other industries management system standards (e.g. information security, asset management, pipeline management, not for profits).
